I'm debt-free and in my 30s with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Applied Linguistics. I am a lover of books and food, and reside in my home state of Massachusetts.

My coaching is heavily influenced by my personal financial fitness journey which began in 2012. By sharing my personal experiences, and using my Co-Active Coaching skills, I want others to realize the freedom that comes from aligning your financial goals to your values, shifting your relationship with money, and creating and implementing a financial management system that works for you.
